We specialize in precision injection moulding and manufacturing high-performance plastic parts for the sports, safety, and industrial markets. One of our typical applications is the injection moulded protective cards, which logically fit inside EVA foam pads to provide impact resistance, flexibility, and durability.
We are presently using high quality ABS plastic because of its geometry and durability, so each moulded part provides the structural integrity and performance in high impact applications, without taking away the comfort or mobility of the wearer.
Using injection moulding enables us to create complex shapes with reasonable dimensional control, quality of finish, and material consistency. This versatility allows us to produce lightweight inner plates, structured inserts, and other specialty components, providing applications for a wide array of fittings.
We perform all the injection moulding processes in house and apply quality control checks to ensure the finished products meet specified standards as per international safety standards and can be incorporated into our EVA based systems.
