This journey began in 1997, starting with a small team, a clear vision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We didn’t have many resources, but we had a lot of fire and passion, and we began the process of building trustworthy relationships with every client, on every project, and with every delivery.
Establishing Our Name
Our consistent efforts were beginning to pay off. Our name began to be known in the market for being not only reliable but also accurate. We were not the largest, but we were known for getting the job done.
Investing in Technology
We examined investing in technology and assessed the best production methods for achieving high standards and fulfillment. We began increasing and diversifying our product line to meet the growing demand.
Scaling with Purpose
We had grown both in terms of team and facilities. We examined building departments to access better resources for product development and to establish inspection areas that would bring more clarity to our process, thereby allowing us to focus more on complying with tight contracts. Things are always exciting when you can see growth, development, excitement, yet clarity of focus too.
Reaching the World
Then came 2014 - a real milestone year! With a solid foundation consisting of knowledge, a clear agenda, product offerings, and a customer base, we expanded beyond our borders. We began shipping to international markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, bringing our brand into global view.
Smarter, Flexible Solutions
As customer needs changed, we changed too. In 2018, with the new focus primarily on flexibility, we began providing both standard and custom solutions. We also offered our clients the ability to specify a particular design, size, and level of performance. Because we had the flexibility, a new building agenda, and mindset, we were now well positioned to serve customers facing quite different utilizations from a broader range of industries and real-world applications.
Focus on Sustainability
In 2021, sustainability was the key focus. We began investing more energy in implementing better production practices, including reducing waste and improving material usage, and sought out sustainable options in the majority of our operations. For us, it was more than just growth; it was about responsible growth.
A Future Built on Vision
In 2024, we look back on where we come from with pride and forward with purpose. We have decades of experience to draw upon. Still, we have also maintained a focus on developing products based on innovation and quality to serve better the people who use our products. We are stronger today than we have ever been - not just because of what we make, but how we make it and for whom we make it.
